The Problem

Cross members rotted causing unsafe transport of boat.

What Dan Did

Cut and removed rotted/ damaged members and replaced with new steel. All new members were coated with a galvanized spray compound to withstand salt water exposure and extend the life of the trailer, prior to welding.

The Result

A solid structure back to manufacturing specs, with a rust proof coating and a safe way to transport boats.
